Correction: Optimsim Foundation transfers ~$450M worth of OP to Coinbase escrow wallet

In the early hours of August 18, Beijing time, the multi-signature wallet of the Optimsim Foundation transferred a total of approximately US$450 million worth of OP to the Coinbase escrow wallet. The Optimsim Foundation explained that the transfer is not a token unlock nor will it cause a change in the current token supply, it is just a transfer to investors as planned.
