Official Committee of Celsius Creditors Proposes Charge against Celsius Associates Alex Mashinsky and Other Executives

The official committee of Celsius creditors proposed to sue Celsius co-founder Alex Mashinsky and other executives, the move follows a six-month investigation into current and former Celsius directors, officers and employees, with lawyers accusing them of being "negligent, reckless and Self-interested investments caused Celsius to lose $1 billion in one year, and mismanagement caused losses of another $2.5 billion. A hearing on the proposed complaint will be held on March 8, 2023.
