According to Blockworks, the 120,000 ETH stolen by the cross-chain bridge Wormhole in February last year has been recovered by Jump Crypto. Jump Crypto, in cooperation with MakerDAO ecological product Oasis, attacked the upgradeable Oasis contract, transferred collateral and debt from the attacker's vault to its own vault, and recovered the stolen funds from the Wormhole hacker's vault. Oasis claims to have received an order from the High Court of England and Wales, using multi-signatures and a court-authorized third party, and as required by the court, the assets were immediately transferred to a wallet controlled by the authorized third party. Foresight News previously reported that in February 2022, Wormhole was attacked and about 120,000 ETH was stolen, and then Jump Crypto announced that it would invest 120,000 ETH in Wormhole to make up for the stolen loss.
