US SEC Chairman: Almost all types of encrypted transactions except Bitcoin are under the jurisdiction of the SEC

Gary Gensler, chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), said in an interview with New York Magazine in February, "Everything except Bitcoin is actually a securities transaction under the jurisdiction of the SEC, and almost all types of encrypted transactions are already falls under the jurisdiction of the SEC".
