According to a report from Chinanews.com, the reporter learned from the Supreme People's Court of China that from now on, more than 3,500 courts across the country will support electronic service of documents for online verification on the Internet judicial blockchain platform or the online service applet of the people's courts. . According to the Supreme Law, if the parties have doubts about the authenticity of the electronic service documents received; or after the trial of the case is completed, the parties need to participate in the execution of the electronic service documents, and the third party agencies have doubts about the electronic service documents submitted by the parties. , online verification of electronic service documents can be conducted through the Internet Judicial Chain Platform or the People’s Court Online Service Mini Program. On May 25, 2022, the Supreme People's Court issued an opinion on strengthening the judicial application of blockchain, and using blockchain technology to realize the verification of electronic delivery of documents to ensure the authority of judicial documents is one of its important scenarios. On December 29 of the same year, the Supreme People's Court supported the online verification of the judicial chain by electronically serving documents.
