Some Silicon Valley Bank customers are struggling to get money out of their bank accounts, TechCrunch reported, citing sources. Portions of Silicon Valley Bank's website and one of its customer support phones were down despite attempts to transfer funds using different browsers and applications. Account access controls are now view only, meaning users cannot make withdrawals or wire transfers. Others on Twitter said they were unable to log into the online banking portal. Portfolio founders are currently asking for cash at a Silicon Valley Bank branch because the site is down, one VC said.
