People familiar with the matter: DeFiance Capital completed an "eight-figure" US dollar fundraising and started investing this month

According to The Block, citing sources, crypto investment fund DeFiance Capital raised “eight-figure” funding, completed the first fundraising of a new fund, and began investing this month. While that could mean anywhere between $10 million and $99 million, the original round last year was less than $50 million, the sources said. Foresight News previously reported that Arthur Cheong, founder of DeFiance Capital, plans to raise $100 million for the new fund, and has already received nearly half of the amount of funding commitments.
