Under the upsurge of "blind boxes", consumers demanded as high as 41,400 pieces, a year-on-year increase of 61.72%. IP cross-border co-branded products set off a frenzy of panic buying, with 38,100 related appeals, a year-on-year increase of 66.96%. Some merchants took the opportunity to raise prices, but problems such as uneven product quality, counterfeit and shoddy products, delayed delivery, and lack of after-sales service were prominent.
