SafeDAO, the Safe governance community, will open a vote on the proposal to redistribute unclaimed SAFE airdrops

Digital asset management platform Safe (formerly Gnosis Safe) governance community SafeDAO’s proposal to redistribute unclaimed SAFE airdrops SEP #5 will be open for voting. These fall into two main categories: distributing that portion of the tokens proportionally to users who have already claimed the airdrop, and exploring other ideas for distribution (including, but not limited to, setting a new deadline for users who qualify for the initial claim but have not yet claimed it). Foresight News previously reported that more than 32 million of the 50 million SAFE token airdrops allocated to users have not yet been claimed. SafeDAO proposed four solutions: 1. Proportionately allocate this part of the tokens to users who have already received the airdrop , consider adding a longer vesting period; 2. Use this part of tokens to reward contributors to the crypto community; 3. Retain in SafeDAO; 4. Mix the above three options, 15% of which will be used for the second round of airdrops, 15% 70% of rewards for being a developer are kept in SafeDAO.
