According to TechCrunch, cryptocurrency security company Staging Labs completed $1.1 million in financing. Participants include The General Partnership, Flourish Ventures, NGC Ventures, AlphaGrep, Gaingels, a16z, Kleiner Perkins, and Greylock. Individual investors include investors from ConsenSys, Coinbase, Anchorage Investors in Digital, Chainalysis, QuickNode, Merkle Science, etc. Staging Labs has launched Saferoot, a security product that can transfer wallet assets to other wallets when risky transactions are detected. Staging Labs plans to generate revenue by charging users a subscription fee and a percentage of successfully recovered assets.
