Judging and identifying the effectiveness of civil legal acts has no theoretical connection with the criteria for judging and identifying the protection of "property" in the criminal law. Whether a contract involving virtual currency is valid or not cannot be used as a basis for denying the attribute of "property" in the criminal law of virtual currency. The "property" attribute of currency does not violate the unity of the legal order.
