Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget announced an additional investment of $30 million to acquire a controlling stake in crypto wallet BitKeep at a valuation of $300 million. Gracy Chen, managing director of Bitget, said the controlling stake is well above 51%. The investment involves the integration of the BitKeep wallet with the Bitget business domain. Bitget further expands the range of services while helping BitKeep improve the stability and security of its products and services. This integration also aims to help the two companies make full use of their respective advantages and jointly build a bridge between decentralized finance and centralized finance for the wider cryptocurrency community.
