Ethereum Shapella network upgrade will be activated on April 13

The Ethereum Foundation released the mainnet Shapella announcement, which will activate the Ethereum Shapella network upgrade at epoch 194048 at 22:27:35 UTC time on April 12 (06:27:35 Beijing time on April 13). The upgrade will enable validators to withdraw their staked shares from the beacon chain to the execution layer, and also introduces new functionality for the execution and consensus layers. The Shapella upgrade combines changes to the execution layer (Shanghai), consensus layer (Capella), and engine API. Additionally, the Ethereum bug bounty reward for the Shapella vulnerability is doubled from now until April 5.
