It is reported that the testnet was launched on March 7, and a total of 1,000 participants from all over the world have joined. At present, there are more than 700 active light nodes in the test network, and significant progress has been made in supporting data availability sampling.
According to statistics, the top 75 winners of Blockspace Race have been determined. These 75 participants will help launch the mainnet as part of the genesis file later this year, and the validator community is expected to build on it further.
Celestia made a number of improvements during the testnet, including deploying over 800 sovereign nodes on the testnet, QGB (Quantum Gravity Bridge) deployed and activated by the validator set, and a new hard fork mechanism.
