Delaware District Judge Refers Appointment of FTX Independent Investigator to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit

As CoinDesk reported, a U.S. district judge in Delaware referred the appointment of FTX’s independent investigator to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, who could investigate whether those responsible for FTX’s mismanagement are still at the company. Foresight News previously reported that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is appealing an earlier judicial decision by a bankruptcy judge to deny the appointment of an independent examiner in the FTX bankruptcy case.
