According to Ledger Insights, South Korean blockchain company Lambda256 has entered into a partnership with Liechtenstein-regulated cryptocurrency company VNX, planning to use Lambda256’s blockchain technology to provide security tokens to global investors. The parent company of Lambda256 is Dunamu, which is the operator of Upbit. VNX, which has offices in Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, has so far issued stablecoins backed by euros, Swiss francs and gold, and tokenized currencies with commodities such as gold.
