Safe Update Token Distribution Proposal: Snapshot Date Postponed to August 18th

The digital asset management platform Safe (formerly Gnosis Safe) updated the SAFE token distribution proposal after collecting community feedback. Under the new token distribution update rule proposal, all eligible Safe accounts will receive at least 100 tokens. The number of accounts is 55,719. The specific changes include: 1. The snapshot date has been postponed to August 18, 2022 (previously it was February 9, 2022); 2. The currently considered assets also include stablecoins DAI, USDC, and USDT, not just ETH and WETH; 3. Set the split between tokens based on transaction activity and stored value distribution to 50:50 (previously 2:1); 4. Reduce the minimum number of transactions required to 1 (previously it was 3) ; 5. The minimum storage value is not set now (it was 1 ETH before).
