Odaily Planet Daily News Connext released the review results of the Witch Hunter Project Report on Discord. Connext received a total of 507 reports, of which 361 were successfully reviewed, and a total of 48 witch hunters submitted unique and valid reports.
Connext said 5,725 Sybil addresses have been identified and removed from the eligibility list, for which 5,932,065 coins will be recovered. Among them, 1,438,016 NEXT (25% recovered) will be redistributed to witch hunters, and 50% of witch hunters' distribution is subject to a 2-year lock-up plan.
According to previous news, the Layer 2 interoperability protocol Connext will launch its native token NEXT on September 5. The Connext team also plans to airdrop NEXT tokens to early users of Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Gnosis Chain, and the application will open on September 5. The NEXT token will serve as a governance tool for the Connext ecosystem through a decentralized autonomous organization.
