According to The Block, Internet Game, a live-action quiz game, completed a $7 million financing round. Participating investors include ParaFi Capital, Dragonfly, Dephi Digital, Uniswap Ventures, Collab+Currency, GMoney, Milk Road, Ready Player DAO, and individual investors include HQ Trivia co-founder Rus Yusupov and Magic Eden co-founder Zedd. The first season of the Internet Game was launched in March this year. About 8,000 players minted NFTs worth $2.2 million to participate in the game, while game companies purchased over $1 million in NFTs as prizes, including BAYC, MAYC, Doodles, Azuki, and CloneX series NFTs. Players can participate in the game by staking the game NFT. Players who complete five games will receive the metaverse pass card NFT, which can access future project activities and exclusive games. The top 100 players will all get a blue-chip NFT from the prize pool . The second season of the game will start on September 12th.
