Odaily Planet Daily News According to official news, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Encrypted Financial Technology Laboratory and the Solana Foundation announced the signing of a memorandum of cooperation, aiming to jointly promote the development of the Web3 industry in Hong Kong and the Solana ecosystem. The Solana Foundation will assist the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Encrypted Financial Technology Laboratory to open Solana's on-chain game research courses, and support laboratory members and HKUST students in the research and development of on-chain games. In addition, the foundation will provide financial and technical support for student innovation projects to promote the rapid deployment of projects on the Solana chain and rapid development in the ecology. The two parties also plan to hold a series of offline activities such as hackathons in Hong Kong to promote more people to pay attention to and participate in innovation in the field of Web3.
