- Avantis is an oracle-based synthetic derivatives protocol, users can use up to 100 times leverage to trade cryptocurrencies and real-world assets, and earn income by providing USDC liquidity as a market maker;
- BSX is building a decentralized limit order book for users to use leverage to go long and short;
- Onboard provides an on-chain, self-custodial path for users to transfer cryptocurrencies in a peer-to-peer fashion through their own MPC wallets and smart contracts;
- OpenCover is the first L2 insurance aggregator to partner with underwriters like Nexus Mutual to protect DeFi users from on-chain risks like smart contract hacks and oracle failures;
- Paragraph is an on-chain creator platform that helps creators publish, share and build businesses around their content, using a permissionless protocol to enhance growth and monetization potential;
- Truflation is an on-chain financial oracle that provides automated, independent daily inflation reporting by compiling data from 18 million points and 40+ data sources in real time.
It is reported that the Base Ecological Fund led by Coinbase Ventures was launched earlier this year to invest in Base-based next-generation on-chain projects. It has received more than 800 basic ecosystem fund applications; the four directions it supports include: Inflation-tracking stablecoins (flatcoins), on-chain reputation platforms, on-chain capped order book (LOB) trading platforms, safer DeFi.
