Odaily Planet Daily News According to official news, Aztec, a privacy and expansion solution based on ZK Rollup, issued a document stating that its goal is to achieve smart contract privacy, that is, to incorporate programmable privacy into the overall system of the contract itself at the level of state variables and functions.
Aztec said it is building a network and a set of tools to provide developers with everything they need to build privacy-first applications: support for anonymity by default, private state read/write capabilities, and private smart contract function execution.
Aztec is based on UTXO data architecture, and its smart contract privacy allows programmable privacy to be incorporated into the contract itself at the level of state variables and functions, and developers will be able to call the desired functions.
