The Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Beijing Municipal People's Government issued the "Implementation Opinions on Better Playing the Role of Data Elements and Further Accelerating the Development of the Digital Economy". The underlying technology system of the block chain establishes a basic ledger of public data assets, achieves "one count, one source", dynamic updates, and on-chain storage of certificates, and promotes the entire process management of public data assets.
