Xinhuo Technology announced that it has signed a share subscription agreement with Du Jun and ON CHAIN ​​Technology LIMITED (actual controller Zhong Gengfa). The total subscription price of Du Jun is 155 million Hong Kong dollars, accounting for 24.18% of the issued shares.
