Odaily Planet Daily News According to a Bloomberg analysis of court records, since the beginning of this year, investment institutions such as Silver Point Capital, Diameter Capital Partners and Attestor Capital have purchased more than $250 million worth of FTX debt. Court documents show that in a recent transaction, asset management firm Hudson Bay Capital Management purchased $23 million worth of FTX claims from a distributor and sold about half of them to Diameter shortly after.
