Odaily Planet Daily News The Land Authority of Israel (RAMI) issued a local tender for blockchain consultants. RAMI’s interest goes far beyond digital land registries, as it plans to build an exchange for trading tokenized real estate, according to the tender document.
These plans include: using smart contracts to register assets and manage licenses, transactions and (lease) agreements; tokenization of real estate: purchase, sale, rental, investment, profit distribution; establishing an exchange to trade tokens and collect royalties. (Ledgerinsights)
