At 08:51:05 on July 22, Beijing time, a BTC giant whale that had been dormant for 11 years transferred all 1037.42 BTC (about 31 million US dollars) to the "bc1qtl" address. At 02:14:52 on July 23, the "bc1qtl" address transferred all BTCs to the "bc1qrw" and "bc1quv" addresses again, among which 1033.41 BTCs were transferred to the "bc1qrw" address and 4 BTCs were transferred to the "bc1quv" address.
