Celsius Unsecured Creditors Represents Agreement with U.S. Trustee to Appoint Examiner for Celsius

Representatives of Celsius Unsecured Creditors have entered into an agreement with the US Trustee to appoint Examiners for Celsius. If the proposed order is approved, a neutral investigator would be appointed to investigate Celsius’s storage of crypto assets, management of customer accounts, the status of its mining operations and taxation. If a court orders the appointment of an examiner, Celsius unsecured creditor representatives work with that examiner to ensure transparency and accountability for account holders.
