SBF and related parties are prohibited from discussing with the media anything that might interfere with the fair trial of the FTX case

According to Bloomberg, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has agreed to a gag order that would prohibit SBF and other parties from discussing with the media anything that might interfere with a fair trial, including statements about the credibility of witnesses, information that would be unacceptable at trial, and anything that could affect public perception of the case. The injunction still needs to be approved by U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, who subpoenaed the former FTX CEO to appear in New York federal court on Wednesday.
