DappRadar report: Web3 game project Q3 financing reached US$600 million, down 38% from the previous quarter

Odaily Planet Daily News The "2023 Q3 Chain Game Status" report released by DAppRadar shows that the Web3 game project received US$600 million in funding in this quarter, a 38% decrease from the second quarter (US$973 million). This brings the total raised so far this year to about $2.3 billion, equivalent to only 30% of the total raised last year. In addition, Q3 chain game activities had an average of 786,766 independent active wallets per day, an increase of 12% from the previous quarter. In terms of wallet-to-blockchain interaction, Alien Worlds tops the list, accounting for over 60% of WAX’s activity. Axie Infinity and Gods Unchained lead the way in terms of Web3 game transaction volume, with $90 million and $55 million respectively; the transaction volume of Metaverse DApps reached an all-time high this quarter, totaling $13 million, and the number of land sales reached 28,000.
