BarnBridge community votes to authorize its founders to comply with SEC order

The specific contents include: 1. Grant Tyler Ward and Troy Murray and their attorneys the authority to take all actions necessary to comply with the SEC’s order against BarnBridge; 2. BarnBridge Treasury pays all disgorgement amounts required by the order; 3. Authorize BarnBridge’s legal counsel Douglas Park to sign the final version of the order on behalf of BarnBridge; 4. Have the treasury pay all Park’s invoices related to the SEC investigation; 5. The vault sells all tokens that are allowed to be sold and allows Tyler Ward and Troy Murray to distribute tokens.
