Digital Asset Platform Bakkt Appoints Chip Goodroe as Chief Accounting Officer

Digital asset platform Bakkt has appointed Chip Goodroe as Chief Accounting Officer. Chip Goodroe will report to Bakkt Chief Financial Officer Karen Alexander and will lead the accounting function, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and regulatory reporting. Chip Goodroe has over 14 years of experience with various public accounting firms, most recently at Grant Thornton LLP as a senior manager responsible for auditing and accounting consulting for public and private entities.
