Circle has partnered with Taiwanese crypto exchange BitoGrou and FamilyMart convenience stores to allow users to exchange points for cryptocurrency

Circle has partnered with Taiwanese crypto exchange BitoGroup and FamilyMart convenience store. The three companies are launching a "points-to-crypto" service that will allow users to convert their FamilyMart loyalty points into cryptocurrencies such as USDC. FamilyMart has already adopted a loyalty point system. A survey conducted in 2021 by the Market Intelligence and Consulting Institute, a Taiwanese think tank, showed that 87% of users participate in points accumulation, and 99% of them frequently use points redemption products. BitoGroup currently has nearly 800,000 members, accounting for nearly 90% of Taiwan's market share. (The Block)
