XRP Ledger is about to release rippled V2.0.0, including the introduction of new API versions, improved TPS performance and other updates

One of the core features of rippled V2.0.0 is the introduction of a new API version, which Krippenreiter describes as a "significant breaking change". This API version represents a major shift in the XRPL operating framework, affecting how requests and responses are handled. Another key aspect is the improvement of TPS performance, which will significantly increase the stability and throughput of the consensus. Notably, the community noticed that a few weeks ago, Ripple updated its official website, stating that the ledger can handle 3,400 transactions per second, instead of the previous 1,500.
