Layer 1 Blockchain Zilliqa to Launch Web3 Game Consoles in Early 2023

According to Decrypt, Layer1 blockchain Zilliqa will launch a Web3 game console in early 2023. A prototype version of the console was released today, with Web3 features including encrypted wallets and integrated mining to "hide the complexity of Web3 from end users." . Valentin Cobelea, head of game technology at Zilliqa, said players will be able to earn ZIL tokens by completing in-game tasks. Zilliqa has yet to release details on pricing for the console.
