Bitcoin mining hosting provider Compute North has been sued for failing to return NBTC Limited’s nearly $1.4 million deposit, The Block reported. According to NBTC Limited, the two parties signed an agreement in November last year, which was supposed to allow Compute North to provide hosting services for NBTC's 10,000 ant mining machine S19, but after receiving a deposit of 1.383 million US dollars, Compute North asked for it. A new agreement with "substantial changes in terms" was negotiated, and NBTC Limited believes that the new agreement is unfair and unfeasible. Since then, Compute North has not refunded the deposit since the June 30 deadline.
