Celsius Mining seeks a stay of Core Scientific's enforcement citing breach of bankruptcy terms. Celsius Mining stated that Core Scientific required it to pay the fees before filing for bankruptcy, otherwise the hosting agreement between the two parties would be terminated. Currently, Core Scientific has only deployed 6,564 of the 10,885 mining machines delivered and provided 21.5MW of electricity, but the agreement 79.4MW of electricity is required to be delivered by September. In addition, Core Scientific charged more than $3.65 million in electricity-related charges that Core Scientific added at its own expense. Celsius Mining requires Core Scientific to enforce the terms of the hosting agreement and to refund the improperly charged fees.
