Canadian listed company DeFi Technologies has acquired encryption research company Reflexivity Research in a 100% stock transaction. It is reported that the company was co-founded by Anthony Pompliano, co-founder of Morgan Creek Digital (Morgan Creek) and Will Clemente, founder of cryptocurrency analysis agency Reflexivity Research. , designed to tailor cryptocurrency-native research to traditional financial investors. According to an announcement released by DeFi Technologies, Mother has signed a binding letter of intent (LOI) for the acquisition, but the specific acquisition amount was not disclosed.
