Shopify CEO Tobias Lütke bought nearly $3 million in Coinbase stock in the past two months

Tobias Lütke, CEO of e-commerce software developer Shopify, bought nearly $3 million in Coinbase stock in the past 60 days, Bitcoin.com reported. Lütke bought 3,930 COIN shares at $97.24 each on August 11 and 4,023 shares at $90.55 each on August 16. From August 11 to September 27, Lütke sold about six Bought thousands of shares of Coinbase stock at one time. Lütke, who became a Coinbase board member last February, is legally required to file the deal with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) because he is a partner at Coinbase.
