MONEI has launched a pilot of the euro stablecoin EURM under the supervision of the Bank of Spain

Spanish financial technology company MONEI has started a pilot of the euro stablecoin EURM under the supervision of the Bank of Spain. The regulatory sandbox pilot was launched in January and is overseen by the Bank of Spain, according to a Jan. 29 announcement from MONEI on its website. The pilot will test EURM’s trading capabilities, with users verifying their identity, uploading a wallet, depositing up to 10 euros into their account and exchanging it for 10 EURM. (Cointelegraph)
