Korea Digital Asset (KODA), South Korea’s largest institutional crypto custody service, announced on Thursday that the value of crypto assets under its custody increased by nearly 248% in the second half of 2023.
KODA was co-founded by major South Korean bank KB Bank, crypto venture capital firm Hashed, and blockchain technology company Haechi Labs. KODA said in a statement that the value of assets under its custody grew from 2.3 trillion won at the end of June 2023 to about 8 trillion won ($6 billion) at the end of last year. (The Block)
