Korea National Police Agency requests Interpol's assistance in extraditing Do Kwon to South Korea

In an effort to extradite Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon back to South Korea, the Korean National Police Agency has requested assistance from Interpol. (Newsis) Earlier, a Montenegrin court overturned a lower court decision to extradite Do Kwon to the United States, according to a statement released on Tuesday. Last month, Kwon appealed the ruling, which sent Kwon to the United States to face fraud charges related to Terra's $60 billion loss in May 2022. The case is now being sent back to a lower court for a second retrial, according to the appeal statement.
