Thala stated that THL release is the pillar of the Thala protocol, one of the important strategies that promotes the income growth of liquidity providers (LP) and helps the development of the protocol. Thala is reducing the amount of THL tokens released in half to ensure the long-term health of the protocol. For LP, as the price of THL rises, the actual yield of LP does not change significantly, and LP still earns considerable THL release by providing liquidity. Reducing THL releases could significantly reduce inflation and potentially reduce the growth of circulating supply.
