European Securities and Markets Authority releases third round of public consultation on MiCA Bill

The European Securities and Markets Authority has released the third round of public consultation opinions on the MiCA Bill, which marks a further advancement of its work under the "Crypto-Assets on the Market (MiCA)" rules, which are reported to involve the detection and reporting of crypto-assets. Proposed rules on market abuse concerns, policies and procedures for crypto asset transfer services, and other topics.
