Paradigm has submitted an amicus statement in solidarity with Ooki DAO

Rodrigo, Paradigm’s legal director, tweeted that Paradigm has submitted an amicus statement in support of Ooki DAO. Rodrigo stated that “Paradigm, although not a party to the case, believes it is necessary to stand up against the CFTC’s attempts to extend liability to unwitting users and weaken the DAO’s ability to operate in the United States. CFTC is trying to expand its power by winning lawsuits against fictional defendants, which is fundamentally unfair."
