According to official news, the Bitcoin re-staking protocol Chakra has reached a strategic cooperation with Babylon, committed to jointly building a safer and more reliable Bitcoin liquidity ecosystem. Chakra aims to solve the challenges of BTC network in liquidity and interoperability. Based on ZK-STARK's proof of stake and ZK light client, it can safely and efficiently map BTC staked through Babylon to any ecosystem, empowering many BTC Layer 2 and decentralized applications (DApps). At the same time, Chakra's upcoming decentralized Bitcoin settlement network not only enables stakers to share multi-layer verification rewards, but also further guarantees and enhances the security of PoS consensus.
