Sperm Whale, a liquidation arbitrage protocol based on the collateral liquidation protocol Kujira Network, will be launched soon, aiming to provide liquidity for Kujira and enable the community to find arbitrage opportunities in the Kujira ecosystem. Among them, Sperm Whale will create a USK vault, using Kujira's ORCA to discount liquidation bids, and for the initial version of the vault, it will mainly liquidate ATOM collateral, which will eventually be extended to all collateral, such as NBTC and DOT. In addition to liquidation arbitrage, part of the USK in the treasury will also be used to arbitrage trading pairs on FIN, a multi-chain order book exchange under Kujira, to ensure that all trading pairs are in a pegged state and earn extra income for users.
