Renewable Energy Data Center Developer Soluna Raises $2M in Equity Funding

According to Foresight News, Soluna Holdings, a developer of renewable energy data centers, plans to raise $2 million in equity financing. The funds raised will be used for the acquisition, development and growth of data centers, including cryptocurrency mining processors. The deal, priced at $1.44 per share, involved 1,388,889 shares for a total of $2 million, in addition to Soluna issuing 593,065 shares to Spring Lane to raise at least an additional $850,000.
