Ethereum L2 and L3 expansion ecosystem comprehensive TPS hit a record high, and Xai transactions accounted for more than 41%

Ethereum ecosystem TPS reaches a record high due to a short-term surge in Ethereum L3 TPS. L2BEAT data shows that the Ethereum scaling network, including L2 and L3, reached a total of 246.18 TPS on June 16, equivalent to an estimated 21.2 million transactions a day. More than 41% of these transactions occurred on Xai, an Ethereum L3 scaling solution focused on gaming applications, powered by Offchain Labs. Before June 10, Xai's TPS hovered around 1 per day, but has been rising almost every day since then, reaching 101.72 TPS on June 16. Base and Arbitrum ranked in the top three on June 16 with 33 and 21 TPS respectively. Fourth place is Proof of Play Apex, another Ethereum L3 scaling project focused on gaming launched by Offchain Labs.
