According to Odaily, Stella, a leverage dApp, has announced a new proposal to transition into a leverage infrastructure protocol known as LitLayer. LitLayer is a cross-chain leverage infrastructure protocol with an intent-based architecture.
As the number of L1/L2 increases, along with the dispersion of liquidity between them and the growing interest of users in on-chain leverage trading platforms, LitLayer is set to become a cross-chain infrastructure. This will enable the rapid and seamless creation of leverage trading applications on any chain.
For on-chain traders, the LitLayer infrastructure will allow them to take advantage of the substantial liquidity of centralized exchanges while maintaining self-custody.
